The Ottawa Valley’s Jim McNally has headlined across Canada, bringing his own brand of hilarious real-life adventures with him. You've seen him at the Halifax and Just for Laughs comedy festivals, on CTV's “Comedy Now”, and heard him live on CBC Radio's "Laugh out Loud" and Sirius XM’s “Canada Laughs!” just to name a few.
Jim's Irish story-telling roots shine through in his shows which weave experiences from his own personal life into priceless and memorable tales. Stories you’ll be re-telling in your mind and giggling about for weeks afterward. His quick wit and relaxed style have made Jim a national favorite for over 3 decades and he shows no sign of slowing down yet.
Rick Currie
In over 30 years of performing, Rick Currie has earned a reputation as one of the country’s most popular and consistently hilarious performers. His whimsical and sometimes musical act stands out as an example of excellent writing and timing.
His work has been featured on CTV, SiriusXM, CBC Television and CBC Radio. Rick has also taken the stage at major festivals including Just for Laughs, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and Halifax Comedy Festival.
Rick’s writing credits span some of Canada’s biggest broadcasts, including The Scotiabank Giller Prize, the Canadian Country Music Awards, six national CBC New Year’s Eve specials, and the Canada 150 celebrations live from Parliament Hill.
For eight seasons, Rick was a staff writer on CBC’s Rick Mercer Report, where he collected three Canadian Screen Awards. He continues to collaborate with the Rick Mercer team on select projects, most recently the 2025 “Stand Up for Canada” national theatre tour.
