Iqaluit Gets Round Two of the Old Enough Tour
Last Thanksgiving, Rick Currie packed his parka, braved the cold, and brought a night of laughs to Iqaluit. The crowd was sharp, warm, and absolutely up for it.
This year, it’s Jim McNally’s turn.
Jim is heading north for a special performance with the Great Canadian Comedy Caravan at the Aqsarniit Hotel.
Jim’s been touring coast to coast for years, but this trip is something different. There’s a certain magic to performing in Iqaluit — the landscape, the people, the sense that everyone in the room really wants to be there. It’s intimate, it’s energetic, and it’s exactly the kind of place where Jim’s blend of sharp observations and lived‑in humour shines.
Expect stories about aging, raising families, questionable life choices, and the kind of everyday absurdities that only become funny once you’ve survived them. Expect a few surprises. And expect Jim to fall in love with the place the same way Rick did.
If you’re in Iqaluit, grab a ticket, grab a friend, and come out for a night of comedy from one of Canada’s most reliable laugh‑generators. Jim’s ready. The jokes are ready. The North is ready.
Round two is Saturday Oct 10.
